2024-2025 (Opening Late 2025)
Revolt Cycling (formerly Impact Cycling) set out with a bold vision: to open London’s first self-sustaining cycling studio powered by next-gen electricity-generating bicycles. While the idea is compelling, the fiercely competitive downtown market demanded a distinctive brand from day one.
Recognizing this, founder Celeste B. enlisted Kai to help build a brand that would immediately stand out.
The product’s core idea guided the strategy. Once we clarified the brand’s mission, vision, and purpose, it became clear that choosing the right name would be pivotal.
Through the naming process, we arrived at a name that forged a powerful connection between the brand’s concept and its essence.
Next, we developed a cohesive brand identity that struck a fine balance between a premium aesthetic and a playful edge—remaining sensitive to sustainability as a delicate issue and avoiding any air of pretension.
Finally, we created a compelling pitch deck that helped secure the client’s initial round of funding.
The outcome was a fully funded concept and a robust brand system—poised to enter a fiercely competitive market and adaptable across every touchpoint a fitness studio requires.
